Prices
At Wood Viking, we reserve the right for any errors in the prices we list. We also reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. All offers are subject to availability. The purchase amount will only be charged to your account once the goods are physically dispatched from our warehouse in Roskilde and handed over to the carrier.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the listed prices and will be added at checkout.
All shipments are sent with Dao, PostNord or GLS as insured parcels. Wood Viking cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Dao, PostNord or GLS.
At Wood Viking, you can pay with Visa and QuickPay.
Reservations and Disclaimer
As our products are not children’s toys, they must be kept out of reach of children.
Because our products are made from veneered wood — a living natural material — they are intended for indoor use only and must not be exposed to moisture or strong sunlight.
Wood Viking reserves the right for any tax changes, price or typographical errors, technical issues, sold-out items and force majeure events, including labor disputes, machine breakdowns and deficiencies or delays in deliveries from subcontractors.
Wood Viking only trades within Denmark, and Danish law governs the sale of our products.
Any disputes must be settled by Danish courts.
Payment
Wood Viking accepts payment with Visa and Mastercard. The payment will only be charged to your account once the item has been dispatched.
All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT. We reserve the right for price errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
Delivery
Wood Viking aims to dispatch orders placed before 17:00 within 1–2 business days.
We ship throughout Denmark. Shipping cost is 49 DKK incl. VAT. Items will be delivered to the delivery address provided during checkout.
Shipping costs and delivery to other countries including Greenland and the Faroe Islands can be arranged upon request.
Your items are shipped with Dao, PostNord or GLS.
We deliver on all business days. We strive to deliver your items as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 weeks after the order is placed. Certain products may have special delivery terms, which will be stated clearly prior to purchase.
Right of Complaint (Warranty)
A 2-year warranty is given in accordance with Danish purchase law. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship.
Depending on the situation, you may have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
The warranty does not cover errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service.
You must complain within a “reasonable time” after discovering a defect. Wood Viking will cover return shipping costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Refunds
If a refund is needed, please include your bank details (registration and account number) so the agreed amount can be transferred. These details can be safely sent by email or electronically, as they are not sensitive information and will only be used to fulfill the refund.
Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day full right of withdrawal for items purchased in our webshop. The period is counted from the day:
- You receive the order.
- You receive the final item in your possession when the purchase concerns several items delivered separately or in several batches.
- You receive the last batch or last part in your possession when the purchase concerns items delivered in several batches/parts.
- You receive the first item in your possession for ongoing delivery agreements over a set period.
Return shipping costs must be covered by you.
The withdrawal must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase, and the goods must be returned no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice. Notification must be given by email to [email protected]. In your message, please clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If returning an item, you must fill out the attached return form and send the item to:

You cannot withdraw from a purchase simply by refusing to receive the item without clearly notifying us.
Items Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The following item types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Items manufactured according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed items which, for health or hygiene reasons, are unsuitable for return and where the seal has been broken.
- Items which, due to their nature, become inseparably mixed with other goods upon delivery.
- Items where the security seal has been broken.
- Non-financial services where delivery has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ends once the service is fully delivered.
- Digital content not supplied on a physical medium where execution has begun with express consent, acknowledging that the right of withdrawal is lost.
- Newspapers, magazines or periodicals (except subscription agreements).
- Agreements concluded at public auctions.
- Goods that perish or age quickly.
Return
You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after exercising your right of withdrawal.
You must cover the direct costs associated with the return. When returning items, you are responsible for proper packaging. You must include a copy of the order confirmation. Processing is faster if you also include the withdrawal form.
You bear the risk for the item from the time of delivery until we have received it back.
We do not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
Condition of Returned Items
You are only liable for any depreciation of the item caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. In other words, you may test the item as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been used beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that, if you withdraw the purchase, you may receive only a partial refund or no refund depending on the item’s commercial value at the time of return.
To receive the full purchase amount, you must not use the product beyond what is necessary to test it.
Refund of Purchase Amount
If you withdraw your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you paid back.
In case of depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you — including standard delivery costs (except extra costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method than our standard option) — will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we received your notice of withdrawal.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back or until documentation for return has been provided.
